Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups wheat bran
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/3 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Mix all ingredients and spoon into greased muffin tin.
3. Bake for 20 minutes.
