Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Add chicken pieces and season with garlic powder and onion powder.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, honey, ginger, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Pour evenly over chicken and bake uncovered for 20-25 additional minutes or until sauce thickens and internal temperature is 180°F.
