Honey Apple Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups diced red apples
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups green seedles grapes
  • 1 cup thin sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • dash salt

Directions:

  1. Toss apple with lemon juice
  2. Add grapes, celery and dates
  3. Combine mayo, honey, sour cream and salt and mix well
  4. Pour over apples and mix gently
  5. Stir in the nuts
  6. Serve immediately
