Homemade Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices silken tofu
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 oz spinach

Directions:

  1. Drain and pat dry tofu
  2. In food processor, blend all ingredients until desired consistency.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy!
