Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix pork thoroughly with all ingredients, shape into patties the size of biscuit. Fry in a skillet until nicely browned on each side. Serving size is approximate.
