Homemade Pizza Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp oregano
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Saute onion, garlic and oregano in oil.
  2. Add tomato sauce.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients; Simmer until thick.
  4. When cool, pour over 2 pizza crusts.
