Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Scramble large egg.
  2. Crush oyster crackers.
  3. Dice large onion.
  4. Mix first six ingredients + 1/4 cup ketchup.
  5. Bake at 350; once nearly done add ketchup to top of meatloaf and finish baking.
  6. Serve with fresh vegetables, homemade mashed potatoes and dinner rolls for a complete filling meal.
  7. **This meatloaf is great if you use brown rice in place of oyster crackers. Also adding a little cheese further enhances flavor.
