Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2-1 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. With a hand stick blender, blend first 6 ingredients in the tall thin container. Slowly add the oil to form the mayonnaise.
