Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar and butter until fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla and egg. Mix well.
  3. Blend in flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
