Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups dried breadcrumbs
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 small onions
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 6 tsp salt
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp ketchup

Directions:

  1. Mix all the stuff together with your hands and then measure into 1/4 pound burgers.
  2. Freeze and enjoy!
