Homemade Fat Free Fruit Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients (freeze banana and orange beforehand).
  2. Wait till smooth.
  3. You may have to stir mixture in blender.
  4. When ice cream consistency is formed turn off blended.
  5. Serve in bowls.
