  1. In a 4-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot butter, cook mushrooms and onion wiht savory and nutmeg until tender. Remove from heat. Add broccoli, stuffing, rice and broth. Toss to mix well. Makes enough stuffing for a 14- to 16-lbs. turkey.
