Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 -x-5 loaf pan;set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar, eggnog, butter, rum extract, and vanilla extract. Blend well.
  3. Stir in rest of ingredients,mix just until blended.
  4. Pour into prepared loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
