Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Break cauliflower into medium size flowerlets.
  2. Cook in boiling water until crisp.(about 10 minutes). Drain well, set aside.
  3. In a 2 quart saucepan, cook mushrooms and green pepper in margerine until tender. Mix in the flour.
  4. Gradually stir in the milk. Cook stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture is thick.
  5. Stir in salt, cheese and pimento.
  6. Place half of the cauliflower in a buttered 2 quart casserole.
  7. Cover with half of the sauce.
  8. Add remaining cauliflower, then top with rest of sauce.
  9. Bake at 325* for 15 minutes.
  10. Makes 8 servings.
