Holiday Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, saute the onion in the butter til clear but not browned!
  2. Add the soups and cheese and cook til melted stirring often so the cheese doesn't burn.
  3. When the cheese is melted add the bacon bits, rice and broccoli.
  4. Turn off heat and stir til well blended.
  5. Pour into greased 12 round or 9x12 rectangular casserole dish and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle on French Fried Onion Rings.
  7. Put back into the oven for just a couple of minutes til onion rings are browned and crispy.
  8. This is sooo good.
