Ingredients:
1 c all bran cereal
1/2 c skim milk
1/4 c butter
1/2 c sugar
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
4 medium bananas
1 1/2 c white whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 c walnuts
Directions:
1.
soak cereal in milk

beat butter and sugar
3.
add eggs & vanilla
4.
mix in banana & fiber cereal
5.
add flour & rest of ingredient justb til moistened
6.
Bake at 350 in oiled pan for 50 - 60 min
7.
Remove from pan after cooling 10 min.
