Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tbsp parsley
  • 4 tbsp fresh basil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:
