  2. Oz cans of cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  3. Tbsp chopped parsley
  4. Tsp minced fresh rosemary
  5. /4 cup minced red onion
  6. Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  7. Tbsp good quality olive oil
  8. Salt and pepper
  9. Directions:
  10. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, and season the salad to taste with salt and pepper. Let the salad sit in the fridge for at least an hour before serving to let the flavors meld together.
