Herb-Italian-Parmesan Encrusted Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut chicken breasts in half.
  3. Mix water and egg togther in a small bowl.
  4. Mix bread crumbs and cheese together in separate bowl.
  5. Dip each piece of chicken in egg mixture then in bread mixture.
  6. Then set in a greased 9x13 greased pan.
  7. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
