Henna's Southern Comfort Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash, cut and boil yams until soft.
  2. Transfer to mixing bowl and add butter, cinnamon, honey, orange juice, eggs, salt and Southern Comfort.
  3. Use your mixer to whip into a frenzy!
  4. Transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Put light brown sugar on top in the middle and spread around in a nice circle.
  6. Put chopped pecans in the center of the brown sugar.
  7. Bake at 350 for 30 mintute or until heated through.
  8. Can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
  9. Cooking time includes boiling time for yams.
