Ingredients:

  • 500 g prawns
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp vodka
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup cream

Directions:

  1. Clean and remove shells from prawns.
  2. Marinate prawns with salt, pepper and vodka for at least 30 minute.
  3. Heat butter in pan. Add garlic and fry till fragrant.
  4. Add prawns and marinate. Add more vodka according to your preference until they have been somewhat soaked by the prawns.
  5. Add 1/4 cup cream to pan.
  6. Stir in coriander and serve hot.
