Hearty Sausage Potato Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F.
  2. Thaw potatoes by running water over unopened package.
  3. Combine potatoes, egg and onion powder.
  4. Press into well greased 9 pie pan.
  5. Bake 20 minutes.
  6. Filling: Cook sausage links according to package directions.
  7. Blot links on paper towels.
  8. Place links in pie crust.
  9. Spoon tomato/ corn mixture over links.
  10. Bake 15 minutes more.
  11. Top with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
  12. Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes.
  13. Cut in wedges and serve.
