Combine dry ingredients (through nutmeg) in large bowl. Combine wet ingredients (through vanilla) in medium bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry; if too wet, add pinch of flour. If not binding well, add egg white. Stir in raisins & nuts. Cool 20 min in fridge.
Drop by teaspoons onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press down with fork.
Bake at 335 for 15-20 min or until bottoms are golden.
