Healthy Brown Sugar Mustard Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 2 -3 tbsp water
  • 10 spritzes zero calorie butter-flavored cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Steam carrots until tender.
  2. In a separate saucepan heat brown sugar mustard and water until warm and dissolved.
  3. Drain carrots and place in bowl.
  4. Spritz with butter spray and toss.
  5. Pour glaze on top of carrots and toss again.
  6. Enjoy!
