Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) box jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 large yellow squash

Directions:

  1. Mix up cornbread according to package directions.
  2. Peel squash.
  3. Grate squash directly into the mix.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Bake according to the package directions.
