Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) box jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 (15 oz) can chili ( no beans)
  • onion (chopped ) (optional)

Directions:

  1. Beat egg.
  2. Add milk to egg.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the milk and egg mixture.
  4. Grease 8 x 8 baking pan.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
