Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare unit for grilling.
  2. In a medium bowl mix beef, honey, cinnamon, curry powder and ginger.
  3. Shape into 2 patties. Cook on preheated grill until brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Turn and top with pineapple slices. Brush with soy sauce.
  5. Cook until other side is brown, about another 3-4 minutes.
