Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. In a large mixer bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and eggs. Blend well with mixer. Fold in remaining ingredients, except confectioners sugar. Spread in greased 9 pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Cool slightly. Cut into squares. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
