Directions:

  1. Beat cheeses, wine, oregano and green onions in medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed until blended.
  2. Beat on medium speed scraping bowl frequently until fluffy.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
  4. Shape cheese mixture into a ball then roll in parsley and bell pepper and serve with crackers.
