Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the hash browns in a 13 x 9 pan.
  2. Chop onions into small pcs. and mix with the hash browns.
  3. Put sour cream, cheez whiz and soup into a saucepan, mix and heat thru.
  4. This heats pretty quickly so keep an eye on it.
  5. Pour this mixture over the potatoes and onions. Stir gently.
  6. Melt the butter and mix with the corn flake crumbs.
  7. Put them over the potato mixture and bake at 350* for 1 hour.
  8. Enjoy!
