Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch, butter, water and vinegar.
  2. Cook until smooth and thick.
  3. Add beets.
  4. Heat thoroughly and serve while hot.
