Ingredients:

  • 2 (1 lb 13 oz) cans pork and beans (dig out the , drain off the extra sauce)
  • 1 lb bacon, cut in pieces (i buy the precooked stuff. there's a big debate in the family about whether you should use cooked or raw bacon. i prefer cooked so that i can eat it with the beans.
  • 1 medium onion, cut in chunks (i process until pretty fine with a food processor)
  • 1 large green pepper, cut in chunks (ditto food processor)
  • 1 cup ketchup

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and put in crockpot.
  2. Cook on low all day, at least 3 hours.
  3. Serve.
