Ingredients:

  1. Brown ground beef. Drain if needed. Add flour, chopped onion, and garlic. Stir. Add soup, orange juice, and red wine vinegar and stir. Turn into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, or high for 1 hour. Alternately, you can just cook it on your stove on low. During the last 20 minutes of cooking add the sour cream. Meanwhile boil noodles in separate pot until done. Serve noodles with a generous helping of Stroganoff on top. Tastes great with fresh buttered bread if desired =) This recipe is full fat. Can also be made with low fat sour cream and low fat soup. PS. Hubby hates mushrooms but I think they'd be a great addition!
