Ingredients:

  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup onion
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 oz ham
  • 2 oz soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup peas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Standard cooking of rice.
  2. Saute onions and celery in oil, add eggs, cook eggs through then add peas and ham then simmer.
  3. When rice is ready, blend all ingredients together and add Soy sauce to taste.
