Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg
  2. Spray silicone egg cups (or muffin tins) with cooking spray (or just coat with oil)
  3. Cut slices of ham in half, press half in cup one way, half in the other (so entire cup is covered by ham
  4. Add 1 tbsp of crumbled Feta to bottom of each cup
  5. Sprinkle a little basil on top
  6. Break egg into each cup
  7. Sprinkle grated cheddar on top of each egg
  8. If using silicone egg cups, place on baking sheet
  9. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes, until yolk is to your liking (poke with fork, if it's gushy, it's soft, if it doesn't give, it's hard (yes, it's that scientific)
  10. Remove from oven, use fork or spoon or whatever implements you like to remove from cups (if using silicone, you can even serve it in the silicone)
  11. Enjoy (this is the most important step!)
