Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place water and butter in a saucepan,onceit starts to boil,add theflour and the salt,stir until mixture comes together into a ball
  2. Remove from heat
  3. P.S.USE THE SAME CUP FOR MEASURING THE WATER AND CAKE FLOUR
  4. Roll out hot pastry
  5. Cut out rounds and put in filling of choice
  6. Fold over with filling inside to form half moon ,use a fork to seal edges
  7. Dip the half moons in milk / beaten eggs
  8. Roll in breadcrumbs
  9. To my breadcrumbs i usually add some sesame seeds / dried parsley....for variations
  10. These freeze very well ....when needed ,i just place them in deep hot cooking oil...........yummy..........
