Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F degrees
  2. Heavily grease cookie sheet
  3. Combine Flour and salt
  4. Cream butter, sugar and 2 tsp of cardamom until fluffy.
  5. Gradually add in the flour at low speed
  6. Add almond element of your choice
  7. Add remaining Cardamom
  8. Press dough firmly into a tablespoon or small ice cream scooper to make a dome shape
  9. Place cookies on sheets 1/2 inch apart
  10. Bake 14 minutes or until the bottom edge begins to turn golden to dark golden brown
  11. Let cool about 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
