Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring water to boil in large saucepan then add shrimp and cook 5 minutes.
  2. Drain well and rinse with cold water then let cool.
  3. Peel and devein shrimp then set aside.
  4. With food processor on drop shallot through food chute and process until finely chopped.
  5. Add shrimp to processor and pulse 10 times or until shrimp is finely chopped.
  6. Combine shrimp mixture and remaining ingredients in bowl then stir well.
  7. Cover and chill.
