Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Place potatoes on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Puncture with a fork and bake until tender, about 30 more minutes. Brown beef in a large skillet over med-high heat, stirring occasionally to break up clumps.
  3. Drain fat.
  4. Add onions and cook until soft, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Add beans, chilies, salsa and cumin;heat through.
  6. Split potato in half and pour meat mixture over them.
  7. Top with grated cheese
