Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium skillet, combine ground beef, onion and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked and onion is tender. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat sauerkraut. Drain. Arrange toasted slices of bread on broiler pan.
  3. Add salad dressing to beef mixture; mix well. Spoon beef mixture evenly onto bread slices. top each with sauerkraut mixture and swiss cheese.
  4. Broil sandwiches 4 to 6 inches from heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
