Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, blend butter and Parmesan. Arrange bread in sandwich pairs. Spread butter mixture on tops and bottoms of pairs. Place 2 slices, buttered sides down, on work surface. Top each with 1 slice processed cheese, then 2 slices Swiss cheese, then 1 slice processed cheese. Top each with a bread slice buttered slice up.
  2. Using spatula, transfer sandwiches to skillet. Heat until bottoms are golden brown and cheeses start to melt, 3-4 minutes. Flip. Press down gently with spatula. Heat until bottoms are golden brown and cheeses have melted.
  3. Cut each sandwich into 2 triangles.
