Grilled Stuffed Figs

Ingredients:

  • fromage frais from goats milk
  • (a very lovely goat cheese with the texture of a 'fluffy' cream cheese)
  • fresh greenn pepper corns

Directions:

  1. Cut figs crosswise (top)
  2. Enlarge opening carefully
  3. Fill with 1-2 teaspoons fromage frais
  4. Press some fresh green pepper corns into cheese
  5. Add a dollop of honey
  6. Put under grill until hot
  7. Serve
