Directions:

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges-I usually get six wedges from one potato unless it's really small-you don't want them too thick or too thin.
  2. Coat the potatoes in the olive oil-I don't measure, I just pour a bit on, mix, and add more if necessary to coat them.
  3. Add the seasoning salt.
  4. Place tin foil on the grill and spray it with cooking spray
  5. On medium heat, grill the potatoes, flipping them after a few minutes, until each side is a nice golden brown-they still taste good if they get a little dark, they'll almost look burnt, but they taste delicious!
