Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp cilantro
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 3 slices gingerroot (peeled)
  • 2 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except wings. Then add chicken. Marinate overnite in fridge. Grill 8 - 9 minutes per side until dark brown.
