Very easy.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 tablespoons oil
2 1/2 tablespoons cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons tamari
3 slices gingerroot (peeled)
4 garlic cloves (mashed)
2 1/4 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
3 lbs chicken wings (cut at joints)
Directions:

Combine all ingredients except wings. Then add chicken. Marinate overnite in fridge. Grill 8 - 9 minutes per side until dark brown.
