Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or agave
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • dash(es) pepper

Directions:

  1. This marinade is for one mushroom. Marinade mushroom for 2 min. Grill for 5 min. Serve with romaine, chopper tomato, lemon dressing and capers. After grilling you can dunk the mushroom in the marinade if you like . Slice and put on top of salad.
