Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine vinegar & syrup.
  2. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream.
  3. For pork chops:.
  4. Pour 2/3 cup of dressing into a large resealable bag; add pork.
  5. Seal bag. marinade 30 minute
  6. Drain chops. Grill chops covered, over medium heat for 6-7 minute per side. Brush with 3 Tbls. reserved dressing during last 5 minute Drizzle remaining dressing over chops before serving.
  7. Salad:.
  8. Toss salad with dressing, serve immediately.
  9. Strawberries:.
  10. In a large bowl, toss berries with dressing.Chill.
