Grilled Peanut Butter Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 tbsp butter or 2 tbsp margarine, softened

Directions:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat until hot.
  2. Meanwhile, spread the peanut butter on one slice of bread and top it with the other slice of bread. Butter the outsides of the bread, both sides.
  3. Lay the sandwich on the hot skillet and let it brown until golden. Flip it over and cook the other side until it is also golden.
  4. Serve warm!
