Grilled Peaches

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese

Directions:

  1. Slice peaches in half and remove pit.
  2. Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a bowl
  3. Place peaches on grill set to low heat flat side down.
  4. Grill for five minutes.
  5. Flip over.
  6. Sprinkle tops with brown sugar cinnamon mixture.
  7. Add a bit of cream cheese(this is optional, delicious both with and without.)
  8. Grill until peach starts to soften.
  9. Serve with honey and nuts drizzled over the top.
  10. Would also be great with vanilla icecream.
