Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Clean and preheat grill.
  2. Combine honey and cinnamon in a small bowl until the cinnamon is evenly distributed throughout the honey.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cut the pineapple into 1/2-inch thick rings.
  5. Brush the honey mixture on the entire surface of each pineapple ring. Grill the rings, covered and on low to medium heat, until golden brown.
  6. Plate and serve.
  7. * This may seem like a lot of cinnamon. Feel free to use less if that amount is not desired.
  8. You may also substitute 1 tsp. vanilla in place of most of the cinnamon.
